Indications and uses

Treatment of serious infections caused by susceptible Gram-positive bacteria.
Treatment of serious methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection.
Treatment of susceptible infective endocarditis as part of an appropriate regimen.
Treatment of susceptible bone, joint, skin or soft-tissue infection.
Treatment of susceptible bacteraemia or sepsis when intravenous vancomycin is indicated.
