Indications and uses

Treatment of hypertension.
Treatment of stable chronic heart failure in appropriately selected patients.
Long-term symptom control in chronic stable angina where bisoprolol is indicated.
Reduction of heart rate and cardiac workload when beta-blockade is clinically appropriate.
Use with other cardiovascular medicines when additional blood-pressure or heart-rate control is required.
