Indications and uses
- Treatment of hypertension requiring a calcium-channel blocker and beta-blocker combination.
- Hypertension not adequately controlled with either active component alone.
- Hypertension where both vascular resistance and heart-rate control require treatment.
- Substitution therapy in patients stabilised on the individual active components.
- Long-term treatment only when both active components and doses are clinically appropriate.
