Indications and uses
- Treatment of hypertension requiring an ARB, calcium-channel blocker and diuretic.
- Difficult-to-control hypertension not adequately controlled with dual therapy.
- Additional blood-pressure lowering when an ARB–calcium-channel-blocker regimen remains insufficient.
- Substitution therapy in patients stabilised on the three individual active components.
- Long-term treatment only when the ARB, calcium-channel blocker and diuretic doses are all clinically appropriate.
