Indications and uses

Symptomatic treatment of chronic stable angina in eligible adults with sinus rhythm.
Stable-angina treatment when beta-blockers are contraindicated or not tolerated.
Add-on treatment for stable angina inadequately controlled with an optimal beta-blocker dose.
Treatment of eligible patients with stable chronic heart failure and systolic dysfunction in sinus rhythm.
Reduction of heart-failure hospitalisation risk in appropriately selected patients receiving guideline-directed therapy.
