Indications and uses
- Treatment of hypertension requiring an ARB, calcium-channel blocker and beta-blocker.
- Difficult-to-control hypertension not adequately controlled with dual therapy.
- Hypertension where both vascular resistance and heart-rate control require treatment.
- Substitution therapy in patients stabilised on the three individual active components.
- Long-term treatment only when the ARB, calcium-channel blocker and beta-blocker doses are all clinically appropriate.
