Indications and uses
- Management of symptomatic chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.
- Reduction of the risk of cardiovascular death in adults with chronic heart failure.
- Reduction of heart-failure-related hospitalisation.
- Replacement of an ACE inhibitor or angiotensin-receptor blocker in appropriately selected symptomatic patients.
- Management of symptomatic heart failure with systemic left-ventricular systolic dysfunction in eligible paediatric patients.
