Indications and uses

• Improvement of glycaemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes requiring DPP-4-inhibitor and metformin therapy.
• Adjunct to diet and exercise when metformin alone is inadequate.
• Additional glucose lowering when DPP-4-inhibitor monotherapy is inadequate.
• Reduction of fasting and post-meal glucose through complementary mechanisms.
• Maintenance or substitution treatment only when both active components and doses are appropriate.
