Indications and uses
- Improvement of glycaemic control in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
- Reduction of post-meal blood-glucose elevation.
- Adjunct to diet and exercise in adults with type 2 diabetes.
- Use alone when an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor is appropriate.
- Use with other glucose-lowering medicines when additional postprandial control is required.
