Indications and uses
- Maintenance treatment of obstructive airway symptoms with associated allergic inflammation when the full combination is appropriate.
- Reduction of wheeze and breathlessness associated with reversible airway obstruction.
- Adjunctive control of allergic-rhinitis symptoms through the antihistamine component.
- Adjunctive leukotriene-receptor control where montelukast is specifically indicated.
- Use only when acebrophylline, desloratadine and montelukast are all clinically required.
