Indications and uses

• Treatment of a susceptible mixed bacterial infection requiring both amoxicillin and cloxacillin activity.
• Treatment of susceptible skin or soft-tissue infection involving penicillinase-producing staphylococci and another susceptible organism.
• Treatment of a susceptible respiratory-tract infection only when both antibacterial components are justified.
• Culture-directed treatment of another mixed infection susceptible to both included penicillins.
• Use only when the complete dual-penicillin combination is locally authorised and clinically necessary.
