Indications and uses
- Treatment of bronchospasm with accompanying airway inflammation when both components are prescribed.
- Relief of wheeze and breathlessness together with inhaled anti-inflammatory treatment.
- Adjunctive nebulised treatment during an asthma exacerbation under medical supervision.
- Treatment of reversible airflow obstruction requiring both a bronchodilator and corticosteroid.
- Use only when the acute-reliever and corticosteroid components are both clinically appropriate.
