Indications and uses
- Treatment of bronchospasm in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease requiring two bronchodilators.
- Relief of reversible airflow obstruction not adequately controlled with one bronchodilator.
- Adjunctive bronchodilator treatment during an acute COPD exacerbation.
- Short-term relief of wheeze, chest tightness and breathlessness from bronchoconstriction.
- Nebulised treatment only when both anticholinergic and beta-2-agonist components are appropriate.
