Indications and uses
- Treatment of clinically confirmed mixed bacterial and protozoal gastrointestinal infection.
- Treatment of susceptible infectious diarrhoea or dysentery when the complete combination is indicated.
- Treatment of susceptible amoebic or giardial intestinal infection with bacterial coinfection.
- Treatment of other confirmed mixed aerobic and anaerobic infections appropriate to the formulation.
- Use only after clinical assessment of the likely organisms and local antimicrobial guidance.
